Berkeley
has been building pumps since the 1930's and has established itself as one
of the most durable and reliable line of pumps available. Berkeley offers
a wide variety of pumping solutions, but our focus is their line of Type
B Centrifugal Pumps. The Type B is offered in 4 different following configurations.
Berkeleys
Type B close-coupled end-suction centrifugal pumps are ideal for most applications
requiring high performance, easy maintenance and moderate initial cost.
Cast iron construction with unique back pull-out design permits access to
the impeller without disturbing the piping.Flows - to 5000 GPM with heads to 635 feet (275 psig). Features & Benefits
Berkeleys
heavy-duty air cooled engine drive end-suction centrifugal pumps are compact,
designed with a minimum number of parts and no extra bearing to lubricate
or replace. There is no coupling to maintain or align. Ideally suited for
either high-pressure or high flow applications.Flows to 600 GPM, Heads to 320 feet (140 psig) Features & Benefit
Berkeleys
dependable water-cooled engine-drive pumps are available as pump ends for
mounting engines with SAE standard flywheel housings.Flows to 6500 GPM, Pressures to 500 feet (215 psig). Features & Benefits
Berkeley
type B frame-mount pumps are designed for the user who has a separate power
source suitable for driving through couplings or with belts. Ideal for all
general purpose applications requiring high performance, moderate initial
cost and easy maintenance.Flows to 5500 GPM, Pressures to 500 feet (215 psig). Features & Benefits
